Methods of payment can be in cash, cheques/ postal orders payable to Beetle Drive (UK) Ltd.

You may also pay with a credit card by Paypal to clare@beetledriveuk.com however a 5% surcharge will be payable as this is what we are charged. We can send a Paypal invoice to your email address. Beetle Drive require a 25% deposit upon booking and the balance payment must be received, no later than 1 month prior to the wedding/booking.

Payment is required in full if your hire is within 1 month of the booking date.

No car or date is considered reserved without a deposit and booking form.

We will always write a confirmation letter for every booking. If you do not receive this please call us as soon as possible as this may mean we have not received your deposit.

Cancellations will only be accepted up to 30 days before the wedding. If a final payment has been made prior to it's due date then we will refund this portion of the hire charge  ie: before the 30 days before hire period.

Deposits are strictly Non refundable, but may be used against a future booking if the wedding is postponed.

Any refunds made will be paid back to either a credit card if Paypal was used or via cheque this will levy a £10.00 charge to cover our administration costs.

Unpaid /bounced cheques will levy a £7.50 charge as this is what we are charged by the bank.

Quotations are valid for a period of 30 days.
